When establishing a maintenance schedule, the central question is how often and what maintenance is required. A simple answer to this important question is to follow the manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations. In practice, however, operating conditions determine the required maintenance intervals. At GTEX, we think along with you. Based on a system analysis and inspection, we provide tailor-made maintenance advice for every installation and give you, as the installer, the right tools to explain this to your customers.
The overhaul of compressors and components is a specialty. At GTEX, we can do this efficiently and effectively because we have the right people and facilities. We have experienced specialized technicians, two well-equipped workshops in Druten and Breedenbroek – where cleaning is largely automated – and we keep most common items in stock. Reconditioning compressors contributes to a circular economy; often 70% of the machine is “reused”.
At GTEX, we look beyond the compressor to the cause of the problem. For us, this is what system analysis and optimization are all about. We provide the necessary support and advice so that the operational reliability of the system can be guaranteed for a long time. Are you dealing with repeated damage? Or is a system not performing optimally in terms of cooling capacity or energy consumption? GTEX is happy to help you analyze and optimize your system. We have the right measuring equipment and knowledge to investigate installations and can therefore provide independent and rapid tailor-made advice.
We have a large stock of new and reconditioned parts from BITZER, Grasso, Sabroe, and Mayekawa. If we do not have the desired part in stock, our short lines of communication with suppliers ensure that we can be of service to you quickly.
For the temporary storage of NH3 on-site, GTEX has its own 900 ltr/450 kg NH3 vessels. The vessels are delivered clean and under vacuum to locations in the Netherlands; we also provide logistics services for the transport of the vessels. Additionally, GTEX rents out large NH3 vacuum pumps.
Specifically for pumping out NH3, GTEX has an emergency vehicle fully equipped for these tasks. This vehicle carries two NH3 pumping units, weighing equipment, heat exchangers, a large vacuum pump, and all necessary accessories as standard. If the NH3 must be removed, flaring it on-site is preferred. Whether flaring or pumping out NH3, we are happy to take care of it for you.
